This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information you may provide to us offline (for example, at live events, by phone, or by mail).

1. Who We Are

Helping Women Heal & RiseĀ  is a holistic and integrative coaching brand operated by Conscious Living Services LLC. We provide trauma healing and health coaching programs online and through Kajabi.

2. Childrenā€™s Privacy

This Site and its products/services are NOT intended for individuals under the age of 18 unless with direct parental consent and supervision. We do NOT knowingly collect data from children under 13. Conscious Living Services prohibits children under the age of 13 from using all interactive portions of this website unless with parental consent and supervision to include but not limited to: any forms, applications, call bookings, email or personal detail collection requests or otherwise anywhere that submitting personally identifiable information. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected such information, it will be deleted immediately.

3. Collection and Use of Information

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and billing details when you sign up for programs, take quizzes, join our email list, or make a purchase.
